I recently came across this new video on the drowning process, as well as it's treatment (produced by the group Lifeguards Without Borders). I have to say, it's one of the best and most accessible I've seen. Particularly as it's tailored specifically for the life guarding community.
I played it to my lifeguards at our last all-staff meeting, and they all said the same thing ( a few even asked for the URL so they could watch it again at home).
I very much recommend it for anyone involved in aquatics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=pEpEF4J...
Thanks for the share, I really like this video
Thanks for sharing this. I am the one who put it together and it has been a great success. Please let me or my organization (Lifeguards Without Borders) know if there is anything else we can do for the Aquatics International community. We love spreading the good word of proper drowning resuscitation in any way possible.
