Do you think Johnanthan Sails should be convicted of manslaughter? Why or why not?
See, I believe that it is hard for me to decide his innocence or guilt. At this point it is all a "he said, she said" kind of thing where the prosecution is saying that he did change clothes, where as Sails' attorney is now saying that he was the first one in the pool, trying to get the kid out of the deep end. I guess it all comes down to which side of the story you believe.
I do think, however, that they should look into him claiming he was a swimming instructor, when he really wasn't... He should get into some serious trouble for that.
