Converting Red Cross WSI/IT, and LGI certs to YMCA equivlents, how can this happen?

I have a question,I have recently been hired by my local YMCA as full time aquatics staff, with one of my primary job functions to provide trainings for the staff. (being a Red Cross IT) however I would like to offer the YSI and Y lifeguard courses instead of the ARC courses, just due to the fact that we are a Y.
